Singer-composer Raju Singh surprised his friend of two decades, director Hansal Mehta by celebrating his birthday (April 29) at his studio. Hansal and actor Rajkummar Rao were in the midst of taking stock of the background score of City Lights, when Raju presented Mehta with a cake.
