Giving us ample time to settle, Mr. Singh then sat down to
talk about Raaz-2 where he was supposed to sing Soniyo,
but actually went ahead and made Sonu Nigam do it since
he felt it would become a perfect come back for the singer.

This is when we also learnt Sare Sapne Kahin Ho gaye was infact a song written for Silsila the
Amitabh Bacchan 70's hit, but was never used. Years later Javed Akhtar picked the song up
and asked Raju Singh to compose music for it.

So then, how different is it composing for Television Shows now? Today you name a hit show's
music, Raju Singh is the name associated with it. Geet's Mahi went on to become a phenomenon
in itself. Today Tu Hi Tu and Rabba vey is no different! And you also have Veer Shivaji

People who have worked with Raju Singh, be it Siddharth Malhotra, Gul Khan or Deeya Singh
just to name a few each of them has just one thing to say. "We just have to tell him our story
and he takes over from there". This definitely isn't something he has built over night! And this is
surely here to stay in the years to come.
